Our experience was marred by multiple issues. The transportation arranged by the hotel was a disaster. we waited for hours for an unsuitable vehicle, and the staff showed zero concern for our predicament. Adding insult to injury, the food options were limited, and the staff was rude when items were unavailable.

My stay at Kartagus Hotel was delightful! The spacious room offered a spectacular view of the volcano, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable. I especially appreciated Guadalupe at the front desk. she was remarkably helpful and professional.
